Helpful Hints

  • Send your invitations out 10-12 weeks in advance to allow your guests sufficient time for booking, travel arrangements, and accommodations.
  • Always address your outer envelopes prior to stuffing. This way you will have a smooth surface to write on and you will not damage the contents.
  • The “RSVP by” date should be approximately four weeks ahead of the wedding date.
  • Write a number in pencil on the back of the RSVP card that corresponds with the number on the guest list. This way, if a reply comes back without a name on it, you can refer to the number on the back to find out who sent the card.
  • Always place a stamp on the RSVP envelope or postcard so your guests won’t need to
    worry about postage.


How much postage is required to send the invitations?

One regular Canadian postage stamp is required to send your invitation with your RSVP. We recommend that you apply the postage yourself and drop your invitations off in a mail pick up box.

Can I get my envelopes printed?

Yes! We can print the return address on your invitation and RSVP envelopes.

How long until I recieve my invitation packages?

You can expect your invitations to arrive within 6 - 10 business days after we receive your approval to go ahead with printing. If for some reason you require your invitations sooner, please contact us to see if we work with you on your timeline.

Can the colours in a design be changed or adjusted?

Yes we can, just let us know what you have in mind and we'll do what we can to make it work. We can also change the amount of colours being used, so, for example, if the design sample is displayed in full colour, and you'd prefer to have a 2-colour or 1-colour package, we can adjust it accordingly.

Do I need to come in to your office?

You are welcome to come in, however, it is not necessary. The majority of orders are done via email.

How much would it cost to have my Invitation Package shipped to me?

On average, shipping costs are $30 or less, depending on where you live (in Canada). We can determine the exact cost for you if you provide us with your City and Postal Code.

I live in another province; can I still order from you?

Absolutely. Many orders are from outside of Ontario, all the way from the East to the West Coast.

Can I substitute any of the items?

Yes. Please check the 'Additional Charges' on our price list. There are some options there. If you have a different request from what is listed, please contact us, and we'll see if it's something we can do.

Can I get a reduced price by removing one of the pieces from the 7-piece package?

Removing a piece(s) does not affect the cost. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you find a use for the element(s) you don't require. (see substitution ideas in the price list)

Can I get coloured envelopes?

We use plain white wove envelopes as a standard, as they contribute to the affordability of our packages. Special envelopes can be an option, however, they may increase the cost substantially.

Can you make my invitation package bilingual?

Yes we can; there is a minimal charge for this (see price list). We require the copy to be translated and emailed to us (along with all the other wording)

How do I get you the wording for my invitation & RSVP?

We request the wording be emailed to us exactly how you would like it to read. We will then apply and format it accordingly.

Can I see what my invitation package will look like before it gets printed?

Absolutely. We will email you a PDF proof for you to review and approve. We will not go to print until we receive your approval.

How many proofs do I get?

We will provide you with up to two proofs (included with your package).
Any proofs thereafter are $15 each.
